  I have had my Smylies shed now for over two years and it looks as good as the day it was erected. Build quality is superb and service from start to finish was excellent. After much market research I did discover that there are cheaper alternatives out there but if you don't want to be replacing your shed or fencing before you have to then you will need to get it from Smylies. The saying has never been more appropriate in "you get what you pay for".

  Very poor service , rang them for electric wooden gates . They came out told me they would have designs and price within week . Six weeks later I rang and lady in office said something must have went wrong with email . She said it would get resent .Didnt come through , I rang again and told it wasn't quite ready yet but would be today . I told her that I could collect it in person tomorrow but she would let me know if that be ok . She said they are very busy . I told her to forget it as it took them 6 months to put my last gates on . It was my builder that got them for me . I will never be back for anything . Even if I have to pay extra elsewhere I will . Fed up with lies and it's wrong for a customer to chase an order . Real let down
