Used a few years ago and after making an order, they supplied incorrect tiles and when I challenged It, they said I lied so I had to produce the photos of tiles I had ordered! Only then would they correct their mistake, they didn't let me know when correct tiles arrived and over charged me by another £100. My builder friend didn't get paid for a job he also did for them and he will never use them again either! Their lose as I have just bought £3000 worth of tiles from a tile company in Bangor which delivered on time and also tiles were correct! Unprofessional losers!!
